The warmth and friendliness of our hosts and the incredible knowledge of Wanda and the guides are treasured memories. To wake up in the early morning to the sounds of the jungle was really quite special.

I could only do part of the jungle trek partly because of my physical condition but I was well catered for as I took an alternative route and managed to wade through the river several times and raft down river whilst getting soaking wet!

The experience of staying overnight in the jungle and seeing orangutans and monkeys even in the short time I was there was one I shall never forget. and the food prepared for us by our guides was absolutely fabulous not only in taste but in display also.

If you have a sense of adventure you are never too old to take part in these activities. I would highly recommend Wanda's homestay and jungle trekking experience. ”
